The pros of the hotel: great location, close to metro stations and river. The hotel is clean and tidy. The bathroom is also clean and of a decent size.

For the price paid I would expect better service. The breakfast was not included. And the decoration of the room could be more refined.

Location is unbeatable. Louvre and Notre Dame are 5 mins walk. The decor of the rooms was great and I found the bed very comfy

The lift and the rooms are really small.

I expected better concierge service and we had to change rooms three times before we got what we wanted.

We had the room, which consisted of a bedroom, a tiny sitting room and a bathroom. The apartment was very clean and noiseless, the bed was very comfortable and there was a plenty of hot water in the bathroom and good water pressure. The staff was very responsive and attentive and spoke English. The hotel has central location.

We had a small apartment containing a nice bedroom with a comfy bed and a pleasant living room with a window overviewing a courty yard. There was a TV in the room but with CNN only. Very friendly staff with good sense of humor who spoke good English. Good location near Place St. Michel. There are many restaurants and cafes around the hotel and you can walk to Notre Dame and St. Chappelle.

The breakfast was good, but not included.
